Dry Marina

Adelaide Pointe’s 277 slip dry marina is designed to keep 300 vessels up to 40’ long securely tucked away from the elements and harmful UV rays. Each slip is protected by a dedicated fire suppression sprinkler head and is monitored 24/7 with dedicated security and video surveillance. Utilizing a simple app, boaters can schedule their vessel to be picked, placed and tied to Adelaide Pointe’s dedicated customer dock so vessels are always tied and ready to go when conditions permit. When it’s time to follow the red markers home, Captains simply tie up their vessel to the service dock so Adelaide Pointe’s staff can pick, wash down and safely return the vessel to its dedicated slip.

A private waterfront yard with a 75 foot lap pool, patio and lawn games keep the Admiral and crew happy even if the prevailing winds keep the Captain from entering the harbor on time.  Public restrooms give everyone a chance to change into uniform before heading out for the day and private showers allow the crew to wash off the sand before hitting Muskegon Brewing Company for dinner.  First time captain or worried about the size of your dinghy?  Not to worry, all captains regardless of skill or vessel size have direct access to the captains lounge and all other on-campus amenities.
