Phase II – 2022
Begin construction of first 55-unit mass timber condo building and infrastructure, commence restoration and construction of parks and marina basins

Complete Site Clearing and Restoration:
Removal of debris and garbage, removal of invasive species, and creation and installation of new 200’ floating dock.
Restoration and Environmental Remediation of Existing Buildings:
New roofs and lighting, removal of asbestos, clearing of garbage, new siding, doors and windows, restoration of original brick, interior and exterior paint, installation of a generator and installation of new security measures including cameras and card access systems and indoor/outdoor surveillance.
Site Architecture and Engineering:
Assembly of architectural and engineering team, completion and approval of site plan, brownfield plan development and approval, collaboration with DNR and Muskegon Watershed Partnership to ensure environmental sustainability, architectural drawings and engineering and mass timber condo building, amenities, and restaurant/retail/events center buildings.
